September 11th ceremony set for Clear Lake this Wednesday

CLEAR LAKE — Clear Lake’s annual September 11th memorial ceremony will take place this Wednesday.

The Clear Lake Fire Department hosts the yearly program in the front of the department at their 9-11 Steel Memorial. The event will take place at 6 o’clock on Wednesday evening.

Clear Lake city councilman and historian Bennett Smith is the guest speaker. Music will be provided by the Clear Lake High School Marching Band, while the VFW Honor Guard will do a flag raising.
