MASON CITY — A Mason City woman has been charged with multiple counts of child endangerment after a traffic stop over the weekend.

31-year-old Lillie Thurman was stopped near the intersection of 4th and North Pennsylvania at about 8:15 on Saturday night. She was charged with seven counts of child endangerment, operating while intoxicated, failure to secure a child, failure to use a child restraint device and driving without headlights. 

Thurman was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail. Online court records do not indicate when she’s scheduled to make an appearance in court.
