The North Iowa Cowboy Ball is a signature fundraising event to bring the Fair back to a standard of excellence we can all be proud of and enjoy!
The North Iowa Fair has a rich history in our community that dates back to 1859. That’s right – over 160 years! Think of all the nostalgic memories that have been created during that time. Our youth involved in 4-H and FFA showing their livestock and other projects, with the support of parents along the way. Grandparents treating their grandchildren to a delicious hand dipped corn dog or a giant fluffy bag of cotton candy, or both! The exciting thrill and laughter of carnival rides and games on the midway. The pride and joy when you see that blue ribbon on your prized cucumber. These experiences are not only meaningful to each person, but our community as a whole.
It’s time. Time to bring back those smiles and to start making new memories at the North Iowa Fair. Time to hit reset – for everyone to hit reset – and reimagine a fair that we can all be proud of and enjoy once again. It can happen and we need your help to do it. All funds raised at the Cowboy Ball will be used to bring in a wide variety of quality entertainment to the fair, rebuild our competitive exhibits program, expand community involvement, create new branding for the fair and so much more.
