Join us Thursday November 9th from 4-6pm to celebrate Community Health Center of Mason City’s 5 Year Anniversary.
During this time, we will have complimentary root beer floats, cookies, and snacks in our lobby. We welcome all to come and get to know our services, providers, and celebrate you, our patients!
CHC of Mason City offers Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health services all under one roof. We are located at 404 N Federal Drive across from Fareway.
